Monday - 6.30-7.30pm - £5.00 per session 

ISA Kickboxing is affiliated to the British Kickboxing Union through Martial Arts All Styles [MAAS]. Professor Brian Dossett 10th Dan oversees MAAS and the B.K.B.U; MAAS is represented by clubs across the country. Throughout the year there are a number of seminars, courses, competitions and tournaments organized both in England and abroad. Senior Instructor - Ian [Black Belt 3rd degree]

Ian is a qualified personal trainer, first aider, self defence coach,registered BKBU referee and judge and meets the strict criteria to be an instructor. Ian started martial arts in 1987 starting with Karate and practicing with the English wado sport karate association. After 10 years Ian moved to kick boxing and trained under the guidence of Greg Bradbury twice British full contact champion. In 2000 Ian twice challenged for the British light middle weight tiltle losing the first challenge and drawing the second. In June 2008 Ian was awarded his 3rd Dan by professor Brian Dossett 10th Dan. As a BKBU instructor Ian holds full indemnity insurance a first aid certificate, CRB checked and a recorgnised dan grade.

                                Instructor - Sabrina [Black Belt 1st degree]

Sabrina has worked in the fitness industry as a qualified gym instructor and swimming teacher, she also holds a CSLA qualification and is a qualified BKBU and viking combat  judge. Sabrina has been training in Kick Boxing since 2003 and obtained her Black belt in 2008


                                 Instructor - Neil [Brown Belt]

Neil has attended kick boxing since 2008. He has been an active member in the club gaining his instructor certificate at the end of 2010. Neil is fully insured and recognised as a full instructor with the BKBU.

unlike other disciplines kickboxing is a relaxed martial art which does not incorporate traditional dojo etiquette however you are asked to be punctual, observe respect for fellow students and the instructors. And to maintain personal hygiene, nails should trimmed cuts covered at all times no jewelry to be worn and long hair tied back
